About this hayward gift
Hayward is a small city, and that's the thing people who live there tend to be proud of: the sense that everyone knows a little about everyone else. A Hayward shirt is a way to claim that place, whether someone grew up there, moved back, or simply works and raises a family in the city. Because the word is specific, it works best for people who want to say where they're from without a long explanation. A Hayward tee or hoodie suits a local heading out for a weekend in the Bay Area, and a mug fits a kitchen that's been Hayward for years. For someone who moved away, a shirt with their hometown on it is an easy way to bring a piece of home into a new city. Add a year, a neighborhood, or a school mascot line on the second line of the design to make it theirs, and check the preview to see how the two lines sit together.
