About this keokuk gift
Keokuk is a small river city in the southeast corner of Iowa, where the Mississippi bends and the Des Moines River comes in. People who grew up there tend to carry the name with them, whether they stayed, moved to a bigger town, or left for good. A Keokuk shirt is how they say where they're from when someone asks, and it's a fine gift for anyone who misses home or is back for a visit. Because it's a small place, a personal touch carries a lot of weight: add the year they graduated from a local school, the street they grew up on, or the nickname the family uses. A mug suits the one who stayed and runs the coffee shop, a hoodie suits the homecoming weekend, and a kids tee starts the next generation wearing the name too.
