About this kewaunee gift
Kewaunee is a small city on the Lake Michigan shore of Wisconsin, known for its harbor, its fishing and boating history, and the people who stay put and keep the place going. A Kewaunee shirt is a way for someone who grew up there, or who moved away and still counts it as home, to say so without a long explanation. Lake Michigan weather is the kind that makes a warm hoodie a welcome gift for anyone who lives near the water. For a former resident who now lives somewhere far away, a mug with the city name on it is a small daily reminder of where they're from. If you're buying for a kid or a new baby whose family is from Kewaunee, a tee or onesie with the city name is an easy way to start a local tradition. Add a second line with a year or a neighborhood to make it personal.
