About this lumberton gift
Lumberton is the kind of town where people know each other by name and by truck, and a lot of folks who grew up here never really left, even after school or a job pulled them somewhere bigger. A shirt with the town on it is how they say where they're from without a long explanation. It works for the person who still drives back for church suppers and high school football, and for the one who moved away and now wears their hometown to feel close to it. Because the word is a place, the second line is where the personal part goes: a graduating class, a street, a family name, or the year they moved away. A hoodie suits the cold months and a mug suits the kitchen table, where most small-town conversations start anyway.
