About this mantachie gift
Mantachie is a small town in northeast Mississippi, and the people who call it home tend to hold on to it. A shirt with the town name is how they say where they're from when they're far away, or how a family shows up at the homecoming game, the county fair or a reunion with everyone matching. Small towns run on local pride, and the people who grew up there often come back for the holidays wanting something that marks the place as theirs. Add a second line with the year they graduated, the street they grew up on, or the family name, and a generic town shirt becomes a story. Hoodies work well for the cold months, mugs for the kitchen table where neighbors stop by, and onesies for a new baby who's about to become the newest Mantachie resident.
