About this mapes gift
Mapes is a name you don't find on many shirts, and that's the point. Whether it's a town, a neighborhood or a family name for the person you're buying for, the word is specific to them and the people who know them will recognize it right away. Since the word isn't a widely known place, lean on the person more than the word: a hoodie for cold mornings, a mug for the desk where they start the day, or a tee they can wear to say where they're from. If you know a detail about the place, such as the street, the year they moved there or the school they went to, put it on the second line. A short line on the shirt with a real date or name will mean more than any generic design. Mapes shirts also suit a group, like a family or a crew of friends from the same area, and the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
