About this new enterprise gift
New Enterprise is a small unincorporated community in Alpine County, California, set in the Sierra foothills, so the people who call it home tend to be proud of a place that's quiet, rural and a bit hard to find on a map. A New Enterprise shirt or mug is how they say it out loud, whether they still live there, grew up there, or have moved away and miss the drive in. The name itself gets a conversation going, since most people have never heard of it and wonder how it got that name. For someone who grew up there, a hoodie for cold mornings or a tee for summer trips back home lands well. For a transplant, a mug on the desk is a small piece of home. Add a second line with a year, a family name or a nickname for the place to make it theirs.
