About this new harmony gift
New Harmony is a small town in Indiana, and the people who live there or grew up there tend to be proud of it in a quiet, rooted way. A New Harmony shirt suits someone who came home for the summer festival, someone who still gets back for family holidays, or someone who just likes the name and the feeling of a place that sounds like a promise. Since it's a small town, a shirt with the name on it is a conversation starter, and it's the sort of thing a person wears to the farmers' market and gets asked about. The gift lands best when it feels like it belongs to their own connection to the town, so think about whether they live there now, used to, or have family there. You can make it theirs by adding a second line with a graduating class, a street, or the year they moved away, and the shirt becomes a small record of their history with the place.
