About this northridge gift
Northridge is a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. A Northridge shirt is how they claim it, whether they're at a Dodgers game, back for a family visit, or just missing the valley heat from a cold apartment somewhere else. It's a place where a lot of people came for the schools, the parks and the family-friendly streets, so a shirt or mug with the name on it reads as a bit of home rather than a tourist souvenir. For a Northridge native or a longtime resident, a design with the name on the front and a year, a street or a school mascot on the second line makes it personal. Hoodies suit the cooler evenings the valley does get, and kids designs let parents match with the little ones who are growing up there now.
