About this nyack gift
Nyack is a village on the west bank of the Hudson River in Rockland County, New York, about thirty miles north of Manhattan. People who grew up there or moved back often carry it with them, and a shirt with the village name is how they claim it at a reunion, a college campus or a trip down to the city. The village has a walkable main street, a waterfront and a long history of artists and writers living nearby, so a design that reads as local rather than generic will land well. If you know their street, their school or the year they moved away, add it on the second line. A Nyack mug works for the kitchen of someone who misses the river view, and a hoodie suits anyone who still wears their hometown gear through a cold Hudson Valley winter.
