About this oglethorpe gift
Oglethorpe is a name that tends to mean a place first and a family or a college second, so a gift here usually goes to someone with a real connection to it: a native who moved away, a student at the college, a longtime resident who knows the streets by heart. Those people tend to want something that says where they're from without being a tourist souvenir. A simple tee with the word and a second line for the neighborhood or the year they moved in does that well. If you're buying for someone who studied there, a hoodie with their graduation year reads as a keepsake they'll reach for on cold mornings. For the person who keeps a coffee cup on the desk every day, an 11oz mug with the name is the small daily reminder of home. Type the word into the text box and the preview shows exactly how the line will sit, so you can check spacing before you order.
