About this parkton gift
Parkton is a small place, and the people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it. A shirt with the town name is how a Parkton native says where they're from when someone asks, and it's a natural gift for someone who has moved away and misses home, or for a relative who still lives there and wears their hometown with pride. Because it's a smaller town, a shirt with just the name can read as a little unusual to outsiders, which is part of its charm: it starts the conversation. For a native who has settled somewhere else, a mug or hoodie carries the same meaning every time they use it. You can add a second line for a street, a school class year, or the year they left or came back, so the design says something specific about their own time there.
