About this peebles gift
Peebles is a small market town in the Scottish Borders, and the people from there tend to carry it with them. A Peebles shirt or mug is a way to say where you're from without a long explanation, whether that's to a friend in Glasgow or a coworker who has never heard of the place. Since the name is uncommon, most people buying one are either from Peebles, have family there, or have a connection through a visit, a wedding or a holiday in the Borders. A piece with the town name makes a good memento for someone who has moved away, and a good conversation starter for anyone who likes a place with a distinct identity. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a street, a year or a nickname that matters to them. Check the preview to see how the longer lines sit on each product before you order.
