About this pink hill gift
Pink Hill is a small town in Duplin County in eastern North Carolina, the kind of place where people know each other by name and the high school is the center of the weekend. Someone who grew up there and left probably still gets a little homesick when they hear the name, and a Pink Hill shirt is a quick way to say where they're from. It's also the sort of town where folks come back for homecomings, reunions and holidays, which makes a shirt a natural keepsake for those visits. For the one who moved away, a mug on the kitchen counter in the new city keeps the hometown close. And for a young family just starting out there, a baby onesie with the town name is a sweet way to mark where the story begins. Add a second line for a graduating class, a family name, or the year they moved away to make it theirs.
