About this plaquemine gift
Plaquemine is a small town on the Mississippi in Iberville Parish, Louisiana, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them for life. A shirt or mug with the town name is how a former resident signals home to a coworker, a roommate, or a stranger in another state who asks where they're from. Because the town is small, the details that matter are the personal ones: the high school they attended, the year they left, the family name, the street they grew up on. The design lets you add a second line for any of those, so the gift reads as their story rather than a generic place name. Plaquemine is a good fit for a homecoming visit, a family reunion, or a going-away gift for someone moving out of state, where a hoodie for cold winters or a mug for the morning routine keeps the hometown close.
