About this ruthven gift
Ruthven is a small name for a place, and that's exactly why a shirt with it on the front stands out. Anyone who knows the town will spot it right away, and anyone who doesn't will ask, which gives the person wearing it a chance to tell the story. Ruthven is the kind of place people leave and keep coming back to, so a shirt or mug works well for someone who grew up there and now lives somewhere else, or for a relative who still talks about visiting every summer. A hoodie suits the cold months, and a mug suits the first coffee of a long day. If you want it to feel personal, use the second line for a family name, the year they moved away, or the street they lived on, and the design becomes theirs rather than a generic place name.
