About this scottville gift
Scottville is a small town, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them even after they move away. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident tells a stranger where they're really from, or how a current resident shows up for a high school game, a town festival or a family reunion held in the same place they've always gathered. Smaller places often mean the gift lands best when it's personal rather than generic. Add the graduation year, a street or a neighborhood, or the family name on the second line, and the shirt starts to feel like it belongs to one person and their history. The mug suits the homesick transplant who misses the morning routine back home, and the hoodie works well for a winter in a town where the weather makes people want something warm and familiar. The design gives you room to make it theirs.
