About this stanford gift
Stanford is a university town on the Peninsula, south of San Francisco, and plenty of people carry the name with them after they leave: alumni who still wear red on game day, students who spent four years on the Quad, and families who moved to the area for work or school. A shirt that says Stanford is a quick way to mark that connection, whether it's for a graduate, a longtime resident, or someone who just loves the place. Stanford is also a common surname and a place name in other states, so a bit of detail helps. Add the graduation year, the department, or a second line that means something to them. That turns a generic town shirt into one that's clearly theirs. For a new graduate, a hoodie is the practical choice for the cool evenings the Bay Area is known for. For someone who has moved away, a mug is a daily reminder of home.
