About this sussex gift
Sussex can mean a few different places to the people who call it home. There's the county on England's south coast, with its chalk downs and seaside towns, and there's Sussex as a shorthand for a whole way of life that people carry with them when they move away. The word is most meaningful to someone who grew up there or still goes back for the coast and the countryside. A tee with Sussex on it works well for a day out at the seaside or a visit to family, and a hoodie suits the cooler months when the walks on the downs get windy. For someone who has moved away, an 11 oz mug with Sussex on it is a small daily reminder of home. If you know the town or village they're from, type it into the second line of the design so the gift points to their particular corner of the county rather than the whole place.
