About this tremont gift
Tremont is a street in Boston's South End and Roxbury, and in Tremont Street's case the name is more often a neighborhood marker than a city of its own. Whoever you're shopping for has probably lived there or grown up near it, and a Tremont shirt is a quick way to say where they're from without a long explanation. Because the word works as a place name, the second line is where you make the gift theirs: add the neighborhood they actually lived in, the year they moved, or a nickname the people around them use. Tremont shirts and hoodies suit someone who misses the city, and a mug on the kitchen counter is an everyday nod to home. Kids' tees and onesies work for a family that wants to pass the name down.
