About this waldport gift
Waldport is a small coastal town on Oregon's Central Coast, set along Alsea Bay where the river meets the Pacific. People who grew up there, or who spend summers and weekends on that stretch of coast, tend to hold on to the place in a quiet, proud way. A shirt with Waldport on it is how they tell the story at a trailhead, a farmers market or a hometown reunion. Since the town is small, a second line can do a lot of work: a graduation year, a family name, or the year they first came out to the bay. For someone who has moved away, a Waldport mug on the desk is a daily reminder of the salt air and the fog that rolls in off the water. The hoodie is the one for the cold coastal mornings they miss.
