About this wasta gift
Wasta is a small town in Maharashtra, India, and a shopper buying a shirt for someone from there is probably buying it for a person who carries the place with them. A Wasta shirt tends to matter most to someone who has moved away and still wants to say where they come from, or to a relative back home who would love to see the name worn in a new place. Because the name is less familiar to most people, the second line of text is where the gift becomes personal: a family name, a year they left, or the name of the street or school that stayed with them. Choose a shirt for everyday wear, a hoodie for cold weather abroad, or a mug for the morning routine. The product does the talking, and a short personal line makes it theirs.
