About this white water gift
White Water is a place name that tends to mean a specific town or a specific memory, so the shirt works best when it's tied to the person who lives there or grew up there. Someone from White Water (I'm not certain of local details, so I'll keep this to the person rather than the place itself) will feel seen by a shirt that sends the name back to them. For a homesick transplant, a mug with the name on it is a daily reminder of where they came from. For a proud local, a dark tee or hoodie works for everyday wear and for weekend trips back to visit family. A kids tee or baby onesie suits a new family who wants to pass the place name down. To make it theirs, add a second line for a street, a year they moved, or a nickname for the town, so the design reads as personal rather than generic.
