About this whitesville gift
Whitesville is a small place, and people who come from small places tend to hold onto them tightly. A Whitesville shirt is how someone who grew up there says so, whether they still live down the road or left for a job two states away. Small towns also produce a lot of returning family: the reunion, the homecoming game, the summer visit to grandparents. A Whitesville tee or hoodie becomes the thing everyone wears to those gatherings. For the one who moved away, a mug with the town name is a small daily reminder of where they're from. Add a year or a street name on the second line if you want it to feel like theirs and not a souvenir from the general store.
