About this wilmette gift
Wilmette is a village on Chicago's North Shore, a lakefront town of tree-lined streets, big old houses and a downtown that still feels like it was built for walking. People who grew up there, or raised families there, tend to carry the name with a quiet pride, and a shirt with Wilmette on it is the easiest way to say so at a school game, a Fourth of July parade or a reunion back in town. It's a place people leave for college and come back to, so a Wilmette tee or hoodie makes a good homecoming gift for someone who's been away. For a parent with little ones, a kids tee or baby onesie lets them start wearing their hometown early. Add a second line with a year, a street or a school year, and the shirt becomes a record of when they were there.
