About this call manager gift
A call manager runs the floor of a contact center, so their days are measured in queue times, handle times and the one agent who needs coaching before lunch. They're the person people turn to when a call goes sideways and when a whole shift needs to hit its numbers, and that usually means long stretches of headset talk and very little time to sit down. A gift that acknowledges the job works best. A tee or hoodie with call manager on it is something they can wear on a team outing or to the office on a casual Friday. An 11 oz mug fits the desk, where the coffee usually goes cold before it gets finished. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you put every manager's name on one shared design, so each person gets their own shirt in their own size. Add the team, site or year on the second line to make it specific to their group.
