About this crew supervisor gift
A crew supervisor is the person who keeps a shift moving: they assign the work, catch the problem before it becomes a mess, and still have to pitch in when the line runs short. Depending on the industry, that might mean a warehouse floor, a construction site, a food production line or a cleaning crew, and the long hours standing and walking are the same everywhere. Gifts that land for this role tend to be practical and a little bit proud, the things they'll wear to the site or grab on the way out the door. Type crew supervisor into the main line and add their crew, shift or site on the second line, such as Night Shift, Line 3 or Site B, so it reads as their role and not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole team, one design in the Team Shop with each supervisor's name printed on their own shirt is a better way to say thanks than a card passed around the break room.
All crew supervisor gifts →- A tee with their shift on itChange the second line to Night Shift, Morning Crew or the name of their site. It's the detail the crew will notice first.
- A hoodie for the cold dock or early startWarehouse and site mornings run chilly, and a hoodie with their title gets worn long after the gift is opened.
- A name mug for the break roomAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps coffee off the shared shelf and reminds them someone noticed the job.
- Matching shirts for the whole crewPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the crew's names. Everyone gets their own shirt in their own size.
