About this employee representative gift
An employee representative, whether a union steward, a works council member or an elected staff rep, is the person coworkers call when something has gone wrong and they need someone in their corner. They sit through long meetings, read contracts that are written to be hard to read, and carry other people's problems home with them. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land better than a generic office thank-you. A hoodie is useful for the cold conference room and the early mornings before a negotiation. A mug with their name keeps the good coffee from walking off the break room counter. A shirt with the title on it, printed in the word they actually hold, tells them their role is seen. You can add a second line for their local, their department or the year they were elected, which turns a job title into something specific to them. If you're thanking a whole committee, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
