About this gift shop supervisor gift
A gift shop supervisor keeps the front of the store running: stocking shelves before the morning rush, handling returns at the register, training new staff, and figuring out what to do when the holiday ornaments arrive in July. It's a job that runs on details and on being the person everyone asks. A gift for someone in that role should feel like it was made for their workday, not for a generic store. A tee they can wear to open the shop, a hoodie for the chilly stockroom, or a mug for the back office where the paperwork piles up will all get used. Put their title on it, and add the store name or their shop's city on the second line if you know it. A title on a shirt says you noticed what they do, which tends to matter more to people in management than the object itself.
