About this knowledge architect gift
A knowledge architect designs how an organization finds, organizes and shares what it knows, so the work is mostly invisible until a team can't find the one document they need. They spend their days in taxonomies, content models and meetings about why the wiki never gets used. A gift that acknowledges that quiet, structural work tends to land better than something generic. A tee with their title on it makes a good workday shirt for a home office or a team offsite. A hoodie suits the cold conference room where the whiteboard sessions run long. A mug with their name or title is the one thing on the desk that's unmistakably theirs. You can add a second line for a company, a team, or a year they started the role, which makes the shirt about their particular work rather than the job title in the abstract.
All knowledge architect gifts →- A tee for the home officeA knowledge architect with a title on their shirt looks like the person who organized the whole team's files, which is probably true. Add a team or company name on the second line.
- A hoodie for long workshop daysWhiteboard sessions and card-sorting workshops run cold, so a hoodie with their title earns its place in the conference room.
- A mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with the title or their name gives them a daily reminder that the structure they built is worth showing off.
- A kids tee or onesieIf they're raising a family as well as a knowledge base, a kids design with their job title is a small joke only the grown-ups will get.
