About this location supervisor gift
A location supervisor is the person who makes a shoot happen on the ground. They're the one who secures the spot, coordinates with the crew, keeps the neighbors calm and makes sure the production leaves the place the way it found it. The hours are long and unpredictable, and the work is mostly problem-solving with a clipboard. A gift that acknowledges that lands well. A hoodie is useful for the cold pre-dawn call times on set, and a tee works for the long days when the schedule keeps slipping. A mug suits the early-morning coffee run before the first call. Putting their title on it, or their name under it, makes the gift theirs rather than a generic crew shirt. If you're buying for someone who just wrapped a big project, that's a good moment to mark it.
