About this manager visual gift
A visual manager usually sits between the creative team and the people who have to approve the work, so they spend a lot of their week in review meetings, reworking layouts and keeping deadlines from sliding. They know the hour before a launch when the final files still need checking, and they know that the best ideas are the ones everyone can see clearly. A gift that acknowledges that job lands well. A soft tee for a long design sprint, a hoodie for the chilly studio, or a mug for the first coffee before the first review of the day all fit that rhythm. You can make the gift theirs by putting the word visual manager on it, or adding their title and team on the second line if you know them. Keep it simple and let the words do the work, since the job already involves plenty of visual noise.
