About this program lead gift
A program lead usually sits between the people doing the work and the people who need it done, juggling timelines, stakeholders and the status meeting nobody wants to run. They're often the one who keeps the thread when a project slips or a deadline moves, and they rarely get a gift that acknowledges that. Something practical lands well: a mug for the desk, where the coffee is probably already going cold during the morning planning block, or a hoodie for the long stretch of launch weeks. Put their title on it, or the name of the program they lead if it's a single effort everyone knows. Add the year they took the role or the team name to make it specific. A shirt with the title reads as a little recognition, which is often what someone in that seat quietly wants most.
