About this programs manager gift

A programs manager usually sits between a lot of moving parts: grant deadlines, volunteer schedules, a budget that never quite balances, and a team of people who each want something different from Monday. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that juggling. A tee for the office or the drive to a site visit, a hoodie for the early meetings in a cold conference room, a mug for the coffee that gets cold while they're on the phone. The product becomes theirs when you add the word itself, programs manager, and maybe a second line with the organization's program area, like youth, housing or community health, if you know it. Keep the wording close to how they describe their own job, since people in this role tend to notice when a title is off. For a whole team that runs a shared program, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than another sheet cake.
