Best Recruiting Intern Ever Rosette mug

About this recruiting intern gift

A recruiting intern spends the summer or the semester learning how hiring actually works: screening résumés, sitting in on interviews, chasing down candidates who ghosted, and trying to figure out which of the many pipeline spreadsheets is the real one. It's a job that asks a lot of patience and a little nerve, and most interns finish with a clearer sense of what they want to do next. A gift that acknowledges that stretch lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is an easy win for the first week back on campus or the first day of a return offer. A mug fits the desk they'll likely share with a stack of printed resumes and a cold coffee. Add their name, the company's first name if the internship was short and memorable, or the year. Recruiting intern is a title most people outside the field don't recognize, so the shirt also becomes a conversation starter they'll enjoy explaining.
