About this shipping manager gift
A shipping manager is the person who keeps the dock running. They're juggling carrier pickups, late trailers, a short-staffed receiving bay and a phone that won't stop ringing on peak weeks, and most of the job happens before the rest of the building notices anything. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee for the warehouse floor, a hoodie for the cold dock in winter, or a mug for the office they're usually running out of coffee in. The most personal option is to put their title on the design and add a second line with their shift, site or department, so it reads as theirs and not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for the whole team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than another sheet cake. Many designs also come in kids sizes and a baby onesie, handy if their own kids like to play warehouse.
