About this store lead gift
A store lead is the person who keeps the shift running: they open or close the store, cover the gaps when someone calls out, and are usually the first to notice when the stockroom is a mess. They tend to spend their day on their feet and their evening thinking about the schedule, so the gifts that land are the ones that make a long shift feel a little less like a grind. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly back room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room. What makes the gift feel personal is putting their role on it, store lead, and adding the store name or number, the team they run, or the year they got promoted. Those details tell them you know what the job actually involves. If you're buying for a whole crew who's chipped in on the lead's promotion, the Team Shop can print one design with everyone's name on their own shirt, which is a lot more fun to receive than a card signed in a hurry.
