About this supervisor production gift
A production supervisor is the person who keeps the line moving: scheduling shifts, catching problems before they become scrap, and fielding calls from people who need the orders out yesterday. They're often the first in and the last out, and they know every machine's quirks by sound. A gift for them should acknowledge that work without being a joke about it. A tee or hoodie with supervisor production on it works well for the shift they wear everything to, and a mug is a good pick for the break room or the office where they do the paperwork. You can add a second line for their team, their plant or their shift, such as Second Shift or Line 3, so the shirt reflects their actual world. If you're buying for the whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than a card passed around the floor.
