About this team guide gift
A team guide is the person who keeps a group moving: they plan the trips, answer the questions, and make sure everyone gets back to the bus on time. Whether they guide hikers, rafters, tour groups or a crew of ski instructors, the job is mostly patience and a good sense of direction. A gift that acknowledges the role lands well, especially a shirt they can wear on the job without it feeling like a costume. Put Team Guide on the front and add the company, the trip type, or the season they work in on the second line. Hoodies suit guides who work cold mornings and long shuttle rides, and a mug fits the early start before the first group arrives. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each guide's name on their own shirt.
