About this research assistant gift
A research assistant spends a lot of the day in the middle of someone else's question: pulling sources, checking citations, cleaning up data, and keeping the project on track while the principal investigator is in meetings. The work is detail-heavy and often invisible, so a gift that says they're the one who knows where everything is tends to land well. A soft tee works for the lab or the library on a long day, a hoodie for the cold seminar room, and a mug for the stack of coffee that gets them through a deadline. Add the lab or department name, the project, or the year they started, and the shirt stops being a generic job tee and becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole research group, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop is an easy way to say thanks to everyone who made the grant work.
