About this graphic design professor gift
A graphic design professor spends their days teaching students to see the difference between a clean layout and a cluttered one, and most of their evenings marking up portfolios in red pen. They know the value of good typography and a strong grid better than almost anyone, so a gift that's carefully set and well spaced will land with them. The best gifts for this person tend to be practical and a little playful: a tee they can wear to a studio critique, a hoodie for the cold walk across campus, or a mug for the long stretch of grading before a deadline. Put their title on it, and add the school, department or the year they started teaching if you know it. Shirts and mugs come in light and dark versions, and kids and baby options exist if the professor has little ones who want to match. Type the title into the text box and check the preview; the spacing of a two-line design matters just as much to them as it does to their students.
