About this supervisor school gift
A supervisor school graduate has usually spent years on a shop floor, in an office, or in a classroom before taking the training that moved them into a lead role. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that climb. A tee for the first week in the new role, a hoodie for the late-night reports and the early team meetings, or a mug for the desk where they'll make the hard calls. What matters is making it about their path, not a generic leadership slogan. Type in the name of the program or the year they finished, and the design becomes a record of something they worked for. If you're buying for a whole cohort that finished together, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name, which makes a better celebration than a sheet cake in the break room. Graduations for training programs tend to cluster in the spring and fall, so ordering a couple of weeks early helps.
