About this agriculture intern gift
An agriculture intern is usually up before the sun, in boots that have already seen a lot of mud, learning more in one season than a semester of lectures could teach. Maybe they're on a row-crop operation, a dairy, a greenhouse, an extension office or a research plot. They're early in the career, tired in the good way, and probably a little proud of the dirt under their fingernails. A gift for them works best when it's practical and a little bit funny: a tee they can wear after a long day in the field, a hoodie for the cold mornings before things warm up, a mug that rides along in the truck. Put their name on it, or swap in the crop, the animal or the program they're working with, so it reads like their own season rather than a generic farm shirt. If you're buying for a whole intern class, the Team Shop makes matching shirts easy, one design with everyone's name on their own.
All agriculture intern gifts →- A tee with their summer on itAdd the crop, the farm name or the year in the second line, so the shirt records the season they worked.
- A hoodie for early morningsField mornings start cold even in July, so a hoodie with their name or program on it gets worn well past the internship.
- A mug for the truck or the break roomAn 11oz mug with their name stays theirs on a crowded farm shop counter and handles the first coffee of a very early day.
- Matching shirts for the intern classPick one design in the Team Shop, paste everyone's names, and choose a size for each person. It's a good end-of-summer gift from a supervisor or program coordinator.
