About this augustus gift
Augustus is a name with a little history in it. It's the name of a Roman emperor, the name of the month of August's sound-alike, and a name that shows up on birthday cards and in baseball caps alike. People who go by Augustus often get called Gus, Augie or Auggie, and they tend to have strong opinions about which one is theirs. For a gift, a shirt or mug with the full name feels formal and a little playful at once. A hoodie works for the kid who wants to wear their name to school, and a baby onesie is a common first gift for a newborn named Augustus. Type the name into the text box and the preview shows exactly how it sits on each product. If you're unsure which nickname they prefer, ask a parent or friend before you add a short form.
