About this carrier associate gift
A carrier associate is usually the person who keeps the packages moving: sorting, scanning, loading trucks, and making sure the right box reaches the right door before the schedule slips. The work is physical and often starts before most people are awake, so the gifts that land are the ones that make early mornings and long shifts a little easier. A soft tee for the ride in, a hoodie for the cold loading dock, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the break room all fit that routine. Putting their name or their title on the design makes it personal, and it stops being a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to be a better team gift than another box of doughnuts.
