About this change supervisor gift
A change supervisor is the person who keeps a team's shifts, schedules and handoffs moving when things change without warning, which in practice means most days. They're often the one who answers the calls at odd hours, reworks the roster after a sick call, and somehow keeps everyone on the same page. A gift that acknowledges that quiet, steady work tends to land better than a generic job tee. A hoodie for the cold early shift, a dark tee for the warehouse floor or the control room, or a mug for the first coffee before the phones start ringing will all get used. Adding their title or a team name on the second line makes the shirt theirs and tells coworkers exactly who it belongs to. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a better thank you than another round of donuts.
