About this chief concierge gift
A chief concierge runs the front of a hotel or resort, so the people they help are often guests who arrive stressed and leave delighted. They know which restaurant has a table on a Saturday night, how to get tickets to the sold-out show, and which driver to call at six in the morning. Their day is full of quiet problem-solving, and the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge that work. A soft tee for their day off, a hoodie for the cool early shifts in the lobby, or a mug for the desk where they plan everyone else's evenings. Put their name on it, or the hotel's name if you're comfortable with that. If you're buying for a whole concierge team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name so everyone gets their own shirt in their own size. Concierge work is a big part of a hotel's reputation, and a gift that calls out the title tells them you noticed.
