About this circulator gift
A circulator is the person who keeps the operating room running: they set up the room before a case, count instruments and supplies, stay outside the sterile field and fetch whatever the surgeon needs mid-procedure. It's a job that asks for constant attention and very little credit, and a lot of circulators are the first to say so with a grin. A tee or hoodie with their role on it gives them a bit of recognition they rarely get in the room. Adding their name or their surgical service, like ortho, cardiac or OR, makes it theirs rather than generic. Long shifts mean comfort matters, so a soft shirt for the drive home or a hoodie for the cold OR suite will get more wear than something flashy. A name mug for the break room is a small thing that gets used every day.
