About this cornville gift
Cornville is a small place, and the people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it no matter how far they roam. A Cornville shirt is how they claim the name at a state fair, a college dorm or a family reunion where nobody else has heard of it. Small-town gifts work best when they feel personal rather than generic, so think about who the shirt is for: the kid who just left for school, the grandparent who still gets the local paper, or the friend who moved away and misses the drive home. Adding a year, a street, a class or a family name in the second line turns a place name into something that belongs to them. A hoodie suits a winter visit back home, a mug suits the kitchen table, and a tee for the whole family makes a fun photo at the next gathering.
