About this cottondale gift
Cottondale is a small place, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them wherever they go. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident shows up at a reunion, a game, or a Thanksgiving table three states away. Cottondale also works as a gift for someone who has never been there but has a connection to it: a new baby with a family name tied to the town, a friend who married into the area, or a coworker who keeps talking about home. The designs come in light and dark tees, kids sizes, baby onesies, hoodies and an 11 oz mug. For a small town, the second line is where the meaning goes. Type a street, a high school class year, or a family name under the town name, and the design becomes about one person's roots rather than a generic souvenir. If you're buying for several people from the same place, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's own name on their shirt.
